Job summary

SP Plus Corporation in Baltimore is seeking a Curbside Concierge - Airline Check-in Agent to assist guests at the airport curbside. You will check in luggage, issue boarding passes, tag bags, process payments, and provide directions and flight information with a strong focus on customer service.

Shifts start early, weekends and holidays are required, and training in airline compliance will be provided. The role is outdoors, physically demanding, and benefits include health plans and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work outside in various weather conditions
• Must be able to complete airline compliance training within company-given timeframe
• Shifts start very early in the morning and continue into the afternoon; 1st and 2nd shifts only
• Previous 1-2+ years of Customer Service experience is preferred - Paid Training
• Ability to work in the early morning rotation
• Data Entry and/or computer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Check in passengers and assist with luggage at the curb
• Issue boarding passes and tag bags for airline passengers
• Provide general information to passengers about locations, directions and flight details
• Maintain a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Learn and follow TSA and airline security standards and annual training requirements
• Handle payments and receipts for baggage fees as required
• Greet Guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
• Organize and stock the Concierge desk
