zTrip Jax is seeking an Airport/Cruise Port Manager to lead on-site airport and cruise port operations, ensuring compliant, safe, and high-quality service. This role focuses on leadership, contractor management, and adherence to client service standards while developing staff and improving processes.

Qualifications

• Requires a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of operational compliance, facility access and service standards.
• Experience with employee scheduling, performance management and retention initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee daily airport and cruise port operations to ensure reliable service delivery.
• Supervise on-site employees and drivers; manage scheduling and staffing coverage.
• Resolve escalated customer concerns and maintain a welcoming customer environment.
• Enforce facility rules and contract requirements; coordinate with authorities and stakeholders.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements in efficiency, safety and service quality.
• Maintain documentation and timely reporting of incidents, violations, and operational changes.
