RS&H is seeking an Airport Manager to lead day-to-day airport operations at SunTrax in Auburndale, FL. The role centers on coordinating operations, compliance, and relationships with the client, tenants, and regulators to keep the airport safe and efficient.

You will guide a multidisciplinary team, develop operating procedures, and support capital planning and long-term development while reporting to the client with independent judgment on routine matters.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management or related field, or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum of five years of relevant airport operations experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; build relationships with clients, tenants and stakeholders; MS Office proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Keep airport operations running smoothly; support day-to-day administration, operations and maintenance.
• Serve as primary client contact; establish and implement operational procedures across the airport.
• Coordinate tenant needs, facility access, move-in logistics and maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine airfield inspections; coordinate corrective actions with FAA and state agencies.
• Support budgets, capital improvement program recommendations, and strategic planning.
• Prepare and present operational reports and plans; maintain accurate records.
• Represent the airport in meetings with tenants, stakeholders, municipalities and community partners.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support priorities and clear communication.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
