JSX is seeking a Regional Manager, Airport Services to oversee several station operations within a defined region, ensuring a safe, reliable, and consistent JSX airport experience. You will lead station leaders, drive performance, and align with regulatory and service standards.

This role requires travel between stations, leadership experience in aviation, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to improve staffing readiness, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in aviation, airport, or operations.
• Multi-location oversight and staff development experience.
• Direct customer or partner interactions required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple stations.
• Ensure adequate staffing and operational readiness.
• Monitor performance and drive improvement plans.
• Lead during irregular operations and disruptions.
• Coordinate with OCC, Commercial, Training, and other departments.
• Review station readiness and safety compliance.
