Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) seeks an Operations Manager to lead safety, scheduling, staffing, and quality delivery. You will coordinate with the Safety Department, manage supplies, and ensure client satisfaction while traveling to Lake City Gateway Airport as needed.

The role requires strong leadership, willingness to work a flexible, seven-day schedule, and a focus on continuous improvement and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Safety, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work and flexible hours.
• Proficiency in documentation, payroll management, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety culture, compliance, training, and quality control at the jobsite.
• Schedule, staff, and manage daily operations, including attendance.
• Coordinate with Safety Department and client communication for issues and updates.
• Manage supply, inventory, transport, and equipment, with regular audits.
• Maintain P&L awareness and reporting, and ensure timely payroll and expenses.
