Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of customer service, sales, or airline experience, or 1 year of JetBlue CEX experience.
• Able to stand up to 4 hours.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
• Willing to travel and work variable hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid SIDA badge.

Aufgaben

• Oversee safety and security programs at the station to ensure a safe workplace and compliance with federal/local requirements.
• Deliver exceptional service by leading hospitality and JetBlue Promises; resolve escalated customer and crewmember issues.
• Coach and train crewmembers; support development with ongoing feedback.
• Brief crewmembers or partners before shifts and communicate shift details to crew on duty.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements for on-time performance.
• Support management in executing the operational strategy and cover leadership when needed.
• Direct crewmembers through operational issues and coordinate with stakeholders and partners.
• Maintain required qualifications and ensure compliance with SAPQ and regulations.
