FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a diligent Operations Manager based at Jacksonville International Airport (JAX) to lead safety, scheduling, staffing, and QA. The role requires hands-on management of daily operations, training, client communications, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include enforcing safety policies, managing payroll-related tasks, coordinating with the Safety Department, and maintaining high service standards while guiding a rock-solid team.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with a focus on safety, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in documentation, payroll management, and inventory tracking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety culture and ensure adherence to safety expectations.
• Finalize and share weekly schedule; manage attendance and tardiness.
• Lead hiring needs, conduct quarterly performance reviews, and run monthly team meetings.
• Manage supplies, inventory audits, and track equipment status.
• Audit forms, payroll and expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain quality standards and conduct internal quality audits.
