Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a Cook at the Dulles Airport location. You will prepare cooked foods across Fry, Flat Top Griddle, Pantry and egg stations, communicate with the manager on duty, and ensure timely service to customers and staff.

This is a non-exempt role with responsibilities across multiple kitchen stations. Qualifications include at least 1 year of cooking experience in high-volume casual dining, knowledge of HACCP standards, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Qualifications

• Requires food preparation skills and knowledge of HACCP standards.
• Requires a minimum of 1 year of closely related cooking experience in high-volume casual dining environments.
• Knowledge of soups, sauté, broiler, fry and pantry operations.

Responsibilities

• Follows recipes and product directions to prepare, season, cook, taste and serve items.
• Estimate production quantities and requisition supplies.
• Maintain clean and sanitary work stations; adhere to HACCP standards.
