The Cook CD - Skilled role at HMSHost Corporation based in Charlotte Airport F&B requires preparing foods across Fry, Flat Top, Pantry, and eggs stations. You will communicate ticket times and issues to the manager and servers while ensuring top quality service to guests.

This non-exempt position supports HACCP standards and fast-paced service. Applicants should have 3+ years of cooking experience in high-volume environments, knowledge of sauces and station work, and the ability to lift up to 40

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of cooking experience in high-volume or fast-casual environments.
• Knowledge of sauces, soups, sauté, broiler, fry, and pantry.
• Ability to read and follow instructions and policy documents.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and prepare diverse menu items.
• Estimate production requirements and requisition supplies.
• Sanitize work stations and maintain HACCP compliance.
• Operate multiple kitchen stations and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Support overall customer service through timely food preparation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
