Enterprise Mobility is hiring a Return Agent at Philadelphia International Airport. You will greet customers on arrival, verify items, explain charges, and provide receipts.

You will assist travelers with transportation details to the terminal and maintain a courteous, professional demeanor. The role requires a valid license, 18+ years of age, and the ability to work Sundays, Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail customer service experience required (2+ yrs) or Associates degree with 6 months CS experience.
• Current and valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Living within 30 minutes of Philadelphia Airport.
• Ability to work the stated schedule (Sun, Thu, Fri, Sat 1:00 PM–11:00 PM).

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers on arrival using prescribed dialogue.
• Check for lost items and document them with unit number, date and time.
• Explain rental charges and provide receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers using prescribed dialogue.
• Inquire about service and document dissatisfaction.
• Inspect returned vehicles for damage and file loss/damage reports.
• Confirm fuel level and service alerts.
• Keep the lot organized and facilitate traffic flow.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality.
