Enterprise Mobility at the Scranton International Airport is seeking a Customer Assistance Representative Sr (CAR Sr) to deliver top-tier customer service in a busy airport environment. You will handle reservations, greet customers, provide information, and support administrative tasks in person and by phone.

The role starts at $16/hour with a $17/hour night shift differential (6:00pm–3:00am). Schedule: Thursday–Monday, 10:00am–7:00pm, at an airport location.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls for reservations, rate quotes, general questions; provide information and resolutions.
• Deliver high-level customer service in person and over the phone; assess rental needs.
• Greet customers in a friendly and timely manner.
• Provide directions and general assistance to customers.
• Assess vehicle condition upon return and manage process upon return.
• Perform returns, check-ins, and exit kiosk transactions.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and other services clearly.
• May sell optional protection products, upgrades, fuel options, and extra equipment.
• Report known vehicle problems and necessary maintenance to management.
• Handle administrative and basic accounting tasks such as billing support, accounts receivable, and reports.
• Carry out backup duties as assigned; maintain reliable attendance.
