Job summary

Enterprise Mobility seeks a Return Agent at Philadelphia International Airport. You will greet customers, process returns, review charges, and provide directions to the airport terminal.

The role emphasizes friendly, professional service and accurate documentation of vehicle condition and charges. Eligible candidates must have 2 years of retail customer service or an Associate's degree with 6 months in retail, and must live within 30 minutes of the airport.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum 2 years of retail customer service experience OR Associates Degree with at least 6 months of retail experience.
• Must have a current and valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live within 30 minutes of Philadelphia International Airport.
• Must be able to work the following schedule: Sunday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers using prescribed dialogue as they arrive on the lot.
• Remind customers to check for personal belongings and log found items.
• Explain rental charges and provide accurate receipts.
• Provide information about transportation to the airport terminal.
• Thank customers and seek feedback on service.
• Identify vehicle damage and direct customers to complete damage/loss report.
• Check fuel level and ensure full tank condition when returning a vehicle.
• Create service alerts for any mechanical or body damage reported by customers.
• Keep the lot organized to improve flow and efficiency.

The pay for this position starts at $17.00 / hour plus the ability to earn monthly commission bonuses!.

This position is located at Philadelphia International Airport - 1 Arrival Road, Philadelphia, PA 19153.

We Are Looking To Hire For The Following Schedule

• Sunday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Thursday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Friday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM


• Saturday: 1:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers using prescribed, appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot.


• Remind customer to check for personal belongings. Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found.


• Advise and review rental charges; and provide an accurate receipt to the customer.


• Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal.


• Thank customers using the prescribed dialogue.


• Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction.


• Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report.


• Use of proper statement to determine if vehicle is being returned with full tank of gas.


• Complete a service alert for any mechanical and or body damage communicated by the customers.


• Identify vehicles, which are on system hold for turnback, time or mileage, recall, or any other special lock and verify their movement to the proper lot location.


• Identify and tag vehicles that have been flagged for grounding or preventative maintenance and verify their movement to the proper lot location.


• Keep lot organized for ease of access and traffic flow.


• Seek to improve job performance through self-assessment, skill development, training and goal setting


• Maintain a regular and reliable level of attendance and punctuality


• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
