National Car Rental is hiring a full-time Customer Experience Representative at Harrisburg Airport to deliver friendly, efficient service and guide customers through the rental and return process. The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license.

Work authorization in the United States is required. The position offers a 40-hour work week, $16/hour base pay, monthly bonuses up to $1,300, and a $17/hour shift differential

Formación

• Minimum of 1 year prior customer service, retail, or administrative support experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsabilidades

• Meet and greet customers in a professional, friendly manner.
• Explain rental terms, vehicle features, and optional products to customers.
• Assist with directions and local information and handle reservations and rate quotes.
• Answer calls for reservations and provide information or resolutions as needed.
• Assist with rental return condition checks and communicate any vehicle issues to management.
• Pursue on-the-job training and company-sponsored classroom training.
