SSP America at Chicago's MDW Airport is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for Dunkin' to lead daily operations in a high-volume, fast-paced airport setting. You will partner with the General Manager to drive performance, coach the team, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service for travelers.

This role emphasizes brand standards, inventory and cost controls, and strong leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences while thriving in a dynamic airport environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience in quick-service, coffee, or high-volume food and beverage.
• Experience with Dunkin' or another national franchise brand preferred.
• Experience leading teams, managing labor, and controlling costs.
• Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP or ServSafe.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations, including early morning openings, peak rush periods, and closing.
• Coach, develop, and schedule team members to deliver fast and consistent guest service.
• Maintain Dunkin' brand standards for beverage quality, food presentation, and cleanliness.
• Monitor speed of service and adjust staffing to meet peak travel demand.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate reporting.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Support a positive team culture focused on accountability and performance.
