Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (may be required in some locations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have a reliable contact phone number.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and follow instructions in English.
• Must pass required drug and alcohol testing (DOT or Non-DOT).
• Subject to random drug and alcohol testing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of Baggage Service Representatives
• Oversee daily operations of the Baggage Service Office (BSO)
• Manage lost, delayed, and mishandled baggage processes
• Ensure timely and professional resolution of passenger baggage concerns
• Conduct coaching, training, and development of team members
• Coordinate with Ramp, Customer Service, and Flight Operations teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and incident reporting
• Ensure compliance with TSA regulations and airline operational standards
