The role requires 2+ years of customer service and at least 2 years of management experience, with flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in airline or baggage operations is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Baggage Service Representatives.
• Provide First Class Service to guests, clients, and employees.
• Oversee Lost & Found/Left on Board and Priority Parcel Service processes.
