Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service or aviation/transportation operations preferred.
• Ability to supervise and coach staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily airport operations, including passenger assistance and wheelchair services.
• Lead, train, coach, and motivate employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational requirements.
• Ensure accurate payroll, attendance, and personnel documentation.
• Communicate effectively with airline representatives, airport authorities, customers, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, airline requirements, airport regulations, and safety standards.
• Investigate and report operational issues, incidents, and customer concerns.
• Assist with employee performance management and disciplinary processes when necessary.
• Support goals while maintaining a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management
