Job summary

The Metropolis Technologies family’s Bags division at MCO International Airport is seeking a BSO Supervisor to lead Baggage Service Representatives and deliver First Class service to travelers dealing with delayed, damaged, or pilfered baggage. You will ensure adherence to policies, supervise operations, and maintain a positive work environment while coordinating with the airline partner and airport staff.

The role requires 2+ years in management and strong communication and computer skills,

Qualifications

• Experience in airline operations or baggage handling preferred.
• Prior BSO experience preferred.
• 2–3 years of customer service experience.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and attention to detail.
• Ability to work afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Baggage Service Representatives.
• Provide First Class service to guests, clients, and employees.
• Oversee Priority Parcel Service policies and procedures.
• Supervise Lost & Found/Left on Board processes for the airline at the Baggage Service Office.
• Ensure operations meet goals and uphold service standards.
• Provide employee feedback to promote teamwork.
