Job summary

SP+ (a Metropolis Company) is seeking a Baggage Supervisor to oversee baggage handling at an airport facility in Phoenix, AZ. The role focuses on ensuring compassionate passenger assistance, safety, and efficient operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise baggage operations, complete incident reports, and interact with customers and airport staff to exceed service expectations. A background check and airport badge are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Background and drug screen clearance required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Airline experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and push a loaded wheelchair up to 300 lbs.
• Able to obtain an airport badge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise the baggage handling operation.
• Complete incident reports as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to passengers and address questions or concerns.
• Maintain professional relationships with colleagues, airline staff, and airport authorities.
