Job summary

Envoy Air Inc in Abilene, TX is seeking a Station Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks, ensuring a safe and on-time operation.

You will schedule manpower, conduct agent observations, administer local training, and resolve both operational and customer service issues while maintaining records and supporting audits. Uniform compliance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Age: 18
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Possess a valid REAL ID driver's license and travel authority as required
• Must be able to carry, bend, lift and turn with bags up to 75 lbs
• Ability to work rotating shifts including nights, holidays and weekends
• Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice as needed
• Must work in various weather conditions and time constraints
• Must read, write, speak and understand English
• Legal right to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day station operations by leading Agents/Clerks
• Ensure adequate operational coverage and schedule manpower utilization
• Maintain a safe, dependable and consistent operation
• Conduct Agent observations
• Schedule and administer local training including new hire training
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues
• Adhere to uniform policy and participate in conferences and audits
• Maintain records such as time and attendance and personnel files
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time departure
