You will ensure smooth process management, provide new hire documentation, and maintain accurate recruitment records, with up to 30% travel and a hybrid on-site work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes or related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed.
• Experience building trust and relationships with recruiters, candidates, and partners.
• Experience meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
• Experience identifying challenges and addressing issues proactively.
• Experience managing scheduling, ATS updates, and recruitment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring cycle, including interview scheduling.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates when needed.
• Respond to recruiting inquiries from internal and external candidates about status and process.
• Assist with interview process management.
• Provide new hire documentation to candidates and communicate information to proceed with offers.
