Job description

The Recruiting Representative supports United Airlines Talent Acquisition Operational hiring by helping manage routine recruiting activity across the hiring cycle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with candidates throughout all phases of the hiring cycle, including scheduling virtual or in-person interviews
• Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates when needed
• Respond to recruiting inquiries from internal and external candidates across topics such as application status and the recruiting process
• Assist with interview process management
• Provide new hire documentation to candidates, including communicating the necessary information to proceed with offers

Requirements

• Talent Acquisition knowledge and/or relevant work experience
• Ability to travel up to 30% as needed
• Experience building trust and strong relationships with recruiters, candidates, and partners across the recruitment process
• Experience meeting deadlines and managing priorities efficiently
• Experience identifying potential challenges and taking initiative to address issues before they arise
• Experience managing scheduling, applicant tracking system updates, and recruitment documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods during hiring and vendor events
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of an interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable and punctual attendance is a crucial function of the position

Preferred Qualifications

• Apply critical thinking to validate AI-generated outputs while following organizational policies for responsible AI use, data privacy, and security

Compensation and Incentives

• Base pay range: $53,960.00 to $70,334.00 per year
• Eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards
