Qualifications

• Experience supporting travel, hospitality, hotels, or related procurement.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cost optimization.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interview requirement to meet qualification, reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute supplier-specific sourcing strategies for competitive advantage and cost savings.
• Lead contract negotiations and manage stakeholder and supplier relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and unions to meet business objectives.
• Use scenario planning and analytics to improve efficiency and service levels.
• Prepare bid comparisons, financial summaries, and supplier scorecards.
• Identify issues risking contracts, ops, or union concerns.
• Maintain dashboards and KPIs on market trends and risks.
