Zekelman Industries is seeking a Talent Acquisition coordinator for a hybrid role in Chicago. You will support onboarding, coordinate requisitions, and help manage candidate engagement across the organization. Two onsite days per week are required.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in recruiting support, strong communication, and the ability to handle high-volume workstreams. Compensation includes a solid package with a robust benefits program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or related area.
• 2-5 years of experience coordinating and supporting recruiting activities, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Ability to handle high-volume requisitions and coordinate processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate requisition process from approved status.
• Initiate background check, onboarding, and candidate engagement.
• Partner with departments to support recruiting efforts and events.
