Qualifications

• Supervisors must lead and organize Agents/Clerks to ensure safety and on-time performance.
• Ability to schedule and assign manpower across shifts and locations.
• Maintain compliant, safe operations and accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day station operations and lead station teams.
• Schedule and manage staffing to ensure coverage and efficiency.
• Conduct agent observations and provide training for new hires.
• Investigate and resolve operational and customer service issues.
• Prepare reports and participate in station audits and calls.
• Ensure proper uniform compliance and safety policies are followed.
• Assist with baggage handling and ramp service duties as needed.
