Qualifications

• Experience leading airline operations teams.
• Minimum 4 years supervisor experience preferred.

• Ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Experience with ticketing software and MS Word/Excel.
• Recruitment, interviewing and hiring staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and service level agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead airline operations processes and supervise staff to meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with airline client/station manager to ensure service levels.
• Provide hands-on supervision and delegate workload to staff.
• Recruit, interview, and hire staff; oversee manpower planning.
• Analyze long-term manpower needs and groom potential leaders.
• Ensure cross-training and provide staff training updates.
