Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be able to obtain security clearance from US CBP (citizenship/residency required).
• English proficient.
• Basic math skills: adding, subtracting, division, multiplication.
• Computer literate.

Responsibilities

• Assist Airline Account Manager with operational and administrative processes.
• Coordinate with airline client and station manager to meet high quality standards.
• Provide effective communication, verbally and in writing.
• Operate within a team environment and handle varied hours including mornings, afternoons, and nights.
• Resolve basic operational issues such as delays and cancellations.
