Hallmark Aviation Services is seeking an experienced Airline Account Manager for the Houston area (IAH). The role oversees operational and administrative processes, coordinating with the airline client and station manager to uphold high standards.

The candidate will lead staff supervision, roster planning, and customer relations while ensuring service levels and deadlines are met. A background in aviation with 4+ years of airline supervisory experience is preferred; multiple shifts and security

• Oversee manpower planning and cross-training; ensure coverage.
• Manage attendance records; handle discipline and motivation issues.
• Process promotions and terminations; enforce safety and grooming standards.
• Oversee labor cost budgeting and allocation.
