Job summary

Envoy Air is seeking a station operations leader to ensure training compliance and deliver top-notch service to American Airlines customers at our Des Moines station. The role requires overseeing day-to-day operations, guiding a motivated team, and maintaining safety and on-time performance in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience in aviation, strong communication skills, and the ability to work non-standard hours.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid REAL ID-compliant driver's license; travel authority if needed.
• Experience with a commercial airline or ground handler in a leadership role.
• Able to work non-standard schedules, including 24/7/365 coverage.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Experience with contract labor workgroups may be preferred.
• Customer-focused, accountable, self-motivated, and collaborative.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee training compliance at the station.
• Lead a team to deliver safe, efficient operation and top service to customers.
• Coordinate day-to-day operations to ensure on-time aircraft movement for quality and safety.
• Drive accountability and build a motivated team with right staffing.
• Serve as a visible leader and establish open lines of communication with employees.
