Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience in airport or airline customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at ticket counter, baggage office, and gate.
• Greet and assist customers in a courteous manner.
• Process ticketing and check-in using POS devices.
• Handle payments and balance daily transactions.
• Inspect bags and luggage as required.
• Provide phone and web-based assistance for bookings and status.
• Resolve oversales, delays, cancellations, and baggage issues according to procedures.
• Provide up-to-date fare, schedule, and flight information.
• Complete paperwork and incident/grievance reports.
• Support management and follow company policy.
