Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly service and maintain positive relationships with customers.

• Assist customers traveling, using cargo or luggage services as needed.
• Handle ticketing and check-in using POS systems, boarding, baggage service.
• Greet customers, process payments, and balance daily transactions.
• Inspect baggage/cargo and respond to inquiries; resolve problems.
• Assist with boarding and ensure timely, efficient transactions.
• Address mishandled customers and resolve issues per policy.
• Provide fare, schedule, reservations, and flight information; answer inquiries.
• Complete paperwork and reports; write irregularity/complaint reports.
