Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is hiring an Airport Customer Service Supervisor to lead a team handling arrivals, ticketing, check‑in, boarding, baggage services and passenger queries.

The role focuses on guiding frontline staff, ensuring a friendly passenger experience, and coordinating with airport operations and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport/state/customs requirements.
• One year of relevant work experience in aviation or ground handling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Leading a team of agents in customer service duties.
• Assist passengers with a friendly welcome through arrivals and check‑in.
• Handle ticketing and check‑in via computerized systems, including boarding and baggage services.
• Direct passengers through Customs, Immigration, and Quarantine.
• Support ramp agents to ensure wheelchairs and gate‑checked bags are available.
• Enforce safety and company policies; report incidents and hazards.
