Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years or older.
• Fluency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain locations.
• FAA/SIDA background checks and airport badge eligibility may apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon arrival and guide them in the ticketing area.
• Ensure the ticket counter area complies with protection guidelines.
• Assist customers with self-service kiosks and baggage processing.
• Troubleshoot kiosk issues and relay problems to IT.
• Verify carry-on bag compliance with airline policies and FAA rules.
• Review travel documents using Timatic database.
• Assist non-ambulatory passengers during boarding and deplaning.
• Provide gate directions and public announcements as needed.
• Report to the assigned station on schedule, including weekends and training.
