• Maintain and service kiosk machines (load paper, clean surfaces)
• Troubleshoot kiosk technology issues and coordinate with IT
• Verify customers' travel documents for international travel
• Assist with checked baggage processing and weight verifications
• Refer customers to agents when needed and manage queues creatively
