Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Issue, reissue, and discount traveler tickets.
• Book, ticket, and affirm flight reservations.
• Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations.
• Register travelers and perform front desk duties.
• Coordinate with vendors for lodging, meals, and transportation; assist with check-in and boarding processes.
• Assist travelers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding.
