Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years airline experience preferred; 4+ years airline supervisor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on supervision of staff and delegate workload.
• Provide direct customer relations support.
• Ensure operations meet schedule and SLAs.

• Manage attendance records and shift coverage.
