Primary Talent Partners is seeking an Absence Support Coordinator to support the Air Lines In-Flight Service division in Atlanta, GA on a 12-month contract. The role focuses on absence logging, data accuracy, and reporting to meet deadlines while following SOPs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
• Ability to interpret and follow a wide variety of laws, rules, codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Air Lines In-Flight Service (IFS) team by managing absence logging processes in designated states.
• Ensure accurate documentation in multiple databases and timely processing of absence status codes.
• Use data collection methods to organize information and generate reports to meet deadlines.
• Follow SOPs and approve absence requests in the MyTeam system; update accruals in PPT bank.
• Maintain high attention to detail and extreme discretion with confidential information (HIPAA).
• No independent decision-making; complex cases reviewed by merit leaders.
