Innova Solutions, an Atlanta-based technology and staffing partner, is seeking an Absence Support Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Atlanta, GA. The role focuses on reporting, analytics, and data-driven decision support to help leaders meet KPI targets.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of relevant experience, with 3+ years in data analytics or related fields and proficiency in Excel, SAS, SQL, and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of work experience in Data Analytics or related field
• Advanced-level Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Basic SAS/SQL programming skills

Responsibilities

• Provide reporting and insights to help field leaders and flight attendants meet KPIs
• Create, automate, maintain, and distribute operational reports and dashboards
• Track flight attendant hours worked and sick leave accruals
• Analyze absence, reliability, and performance data for actionable insights
• Support investigations and reporting related to attendance and policy usage
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities via analytics tools
• Partner with Base Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize decision-support
• Provide data-driven recommendations to achieve operational goals
