Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years work experience in a Data Analytics, Business, Program Management or related field.
• Highly proficient PC skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Basic SAS/SQL programming skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism, discretion and diplomacy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner capable of meeting aggressive timelines with accurate work products.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities.
• COVID-19 vaccine may be required for U.S.-based roles where law allows.

Responsibilities

• Create, automate and distribute new reports and enhance existing reporting structures.
• Track hours worked to establish accrual of paid sick leave for flight attendants.
• Guide Base Operations by influencing optimization of decision support tools.
• Identify opportunities for increased efficiency using emerging technologies.
• Perform ad hoc analysis around Reliability and Performance Development and internal investigations.
• Collaborate with IFS and other departments to deliver process improvements.
• Support annual Flight Plan goals with strong analytical work.
