Job summary

The contractor will develop and automate reports, monitor accruals for paid sick leave, and influence optimization of analytics tools across Base Operations. Strong SAS/SQL, Excel, and data visualization skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in data analytics, business, program management or related field.
• Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Basic SAS/SQL programming skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create, automate and distribute new reports and enhance existing reporting structures.
• Track hours worked to establish accrual of paid sick leave for flight attendants.
• Guide leaders in using data to drive decisions affecting operations and flight attendants' work-life.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency through emerging technologies in information dissemination.
• Perform ad hoc analyses around performance metrics and internal investigations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to deliver process improvements.
• Support achievement of annual performance goals through data-driven insights.
