Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related scheduling experience or equivalent.
• Must have at least an interim Secret clearance.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training staff and leadership to arrange schedules for operations, qualification, upgrade, test, and continuation training.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to ensure full coverage of aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support personnel.
• Publish/post scheduling data for training event schedules on computer databases.
• Coordinate scheduled events with simulator contractors and other stakeholders.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other scheduling commitments.
• Update flight scheduling in line with ORM guidance and applicable aircraft manuals.
