Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a skilled Scheduler to manage dynamic aviation training schedules in a Washington state environment.

The role requires coordinating with flight lines, training officers, and support staff to ensure currency, qualification, and mission readiness across multiple aircraft and training events. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure

Qualifications

• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with crew members.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
• Ability to think critically and make quick decisions in time-sensitive situations.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related experience.
• Must have an interim Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training and operations staff to arrange schedules for aircraft, training, and currency requirements.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules ensuring full coverage of aircrew, instructors, and support personnel.
• Coordinate with leadership and contractors to align schedules with priorities and events.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and other commitments affecting availability.
• Publish scheduling data for training and mission events and ensure compliance with local guidance.
