Job summary

VectorCSP is seeking a professional scheduler to coordinate instructors for training programs at US locations. The role requires clear communication, timely schedule dissemination, and de-confliction of classroom and flight training schedules.

Applicants should have active Secret clearance, a High School diploma, and at least 3 years of squadron-level current operations/scheduling experience; FTU experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule contract, active duty, and reserve instructors for training programs.
• Disseminate weekly schedules and make required changes.
• Track daily operation of classroom, training devices, students, and instructor and de-conflict schedules.
• Assist in forecasting, developing, and coordinating with internal and external agencies to support program flight training.
