Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to support a flying squadron in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

You will coordinate with training officers, NCOs, and operations staff to arrange schedules that meet currency, qualification, and mission requirements while adapting to changes. Expect 1–2 years of related scheduling experience and an interim Secret clearance, with proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.

• Interim Secret clearance required.
• Proficiency in scheduling software and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules with training officers, NCOs, and staff to meet currency and progression standards.
• Build long- and short-range shift schedules to cover aircrew and support personnel.
• Coordinate with leadership daily and weekly for schedule alignment.
• Publish and manage flight/ground/academic schedules and reports.
