Job summary

Goldbelt, Inc. is seeking a Scheduler to provide wing-level scheduling support for aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and staff.

The role requires experience with long-range planning, proficiency in scheduling systems, and the ability to coordinate across units and with maintenance teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Secret or active clearance, have at least two years of squadron aircrew scheduling experience, and demonstrate strong analytical and communication skills to ensure mission

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain long-range scheduling for aircrew and operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align planning with objectives.
• Coordinate with leadership to meet sortie taskings and manning.
• Track leave, TDY, medical appointments, and scheduling commitments.
• Update data in PEX and related systems as required.
• Generate reports for leadership to inform decisions.
• Provide training to personnel on the scheduling system.
• Ensure schedules cover aircrew, instructors, evaluators, and support staff.
• Schedule based on experience to mitigate risks and optimize operations.
• Attend meetings with Wing Scheduling and higher headquarters as needed.
• Publish scheduling data for training events and exercises.
• Deconflict crewmember schedules and coordinate last-minute changes.
• Coordinate with maintenance for aircraft and equipment availability.
• Ensure compliance with guidance from scheduling chiefs.
