Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. seeks a squadron aircrew scheduler at Minot AFB, ND to manage dynamic schedules for flight, ground, and simulator training in high-tempo environments. You will coordinate with ARM, UDMs, and DOs to satisfy currency, progression, and upgrade standards.

Experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems and a DoD squadron background is required, along with strong MS Office skills and the ability to brief leadership and coordinate multi‑agency tasking.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required.
• Two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Two years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar scheduling system.
• Experience in a DoD military flying squadron, group, or wing environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and familiarity with NIPR/SIPR networks; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to build schedules that satisfy currency, progression, and upgrade standards.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for flight, ground, academic, and simulator training using PEX or similar systems.
• Deconflict aircrew availability considering leave, TDY, medical appointments, and taskings to mitigate ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance; deconflict airspace, ranges, and exercise taskings with Wing/higher HQ.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes due to maintenance, weather, or operational constraints while maintaining full mission coverage.
