Job summary

The Rockhill Group seeks an experienced Squadron Aircrew Scheduler to manage dynamic flight, ground, and simulator training schedules in a high-tempo DoD environment at Dyess AFB, TX. You will coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and operations to ensure currency, progression, and upgrades while maintaining mission coverage.

Responsibilities include building schedules in Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar systems, deconflicting aircrew availability and coordinating maintenance,

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
• Minimum of two years as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum of two years of experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar scheduling system.
• Experience in a U.S. DoD flying squadron, group, or wing environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and familiarity with NIPR/SIPR networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to build schedules meeting currency, progression and upgrade standards.
• Create daily, weekly and monthly flight/ground/academic/simulator schedules using PEX or similar databases.
• Deconflict aircrew availability considering leave, TDY, and mission taskings to mitigate ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance; deconflict airspace, ranges, exercise taskings and tanker support with Wing/headquarters.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes due to maintenance, weather, or constraints while maintaining mission coverage.
