Job summary

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or eligible to obtain.
• Minimum two years as squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Experience in a DoD flying squadron environment.
• Proficient with MS Office suite and DoD IT networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to build schedules.
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly flight/ground/academic/simulator schedules using Patriot Excalibur (PEX) and other systems.
• Deconflict aircrew availability, leave, TDY, and taskings to manage ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance and manage airspace, ranges, and taskings with Wing/higher headquarters.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes while maintaining full mission coverage.
