Job summary

The Rockhill Group seeks an experienced Operations Scheduler in Minot AFB, ND. The role manages dynamic flight, ground, and simulator training schedules in high-tempo environments, coordinating with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and DOs to ensure currency and upgrade standards.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Two years of experience with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar system.
• Experience in a DoD military flying squadron environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, SharePoint and Teams; familiar with NIPR/SIPR networks.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for executive briefings and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and DOs to build schedules meeting currency, progression, and upgrade standards.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly flight/ground/academic/simulator schedules using PEX or similar databases.
• Deconflict aircrew availability considering leave, TDY, and ORM; schedule based on aircrew experience levels.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance; deconflict airspace, ranges, and exercise taskings.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes due to maintenance or weather while maintaining full mission coverage.
