Job summary

The Rockhill Group, Inc. is seeking a skilled squadron aircrew scheduler to manage dynamic flight, ground, and simulator schedules in high-tempo DoD environments at Dyess AFB, TX.

You will work with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and operations officers to ensure currency, progression, and upgrades are met, using PEX and other databases. Applicants must hold an active SECRET clearance (or be eligible to obtain one) and have at least two years of scheduler experience in a DoD flying squadron

Qualifications

• Active SECRET clearance required or eligible to obtain one.
• Case-by-case consideration for candidates without an active clearance.
• Eligible for unescorted access to base restricted areas, CAC, NACI and RD per DD Form 254.
• Minimum 2 years of squadron aircrew scheduler experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar aircrew scheduling system experience.
• DoD flying squadron, group, or wing environment experience.
• Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and NIPR/SIPR networks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with training officers, ARM, UDMs, and Operations Officers to build schedules.
• Build daily, weekly, and monthly flight/ground/academic/simulator schedules using PEX or a proprietary database.
• Deconflict aircrew availability considering leave, TDY, and ORM.
• Coordinate aircraft and equipment availability with Maintenance; deconflict airspace, ranges, exercise taskings, and tanker support with Wing/higher HQ.
• Facilitate rapid last-minute schedule changes while maintaining full mission coverage.
